| Afro-Aussie Workforce ("AAW") is a Pan-African, non-profit organization of individuals who constitute the membership
of the body. The principal aim of AAW is to put the interest and contributions of African Australians on the Australian agenda. Further, it seeks to
understand, shape, document and promote harmony, symbiosis and diversity of perspectives. AAW seeks to forge a smart partnership and a mutual beneficial relationship between African Australians and the Australian governments and society through the spirit of "a fair go all round". African values, stories, heritage, history and future shapes who we are as Africans. The
core principles and activities of AAW evolve around providing a platform to connect
and promote individuals, business, social and cultural activities in Australia and Africa. We believe that for African Australians
to be able to unleash their potential and contribute meaningfully to
the Australian economy, they need to feel safe , loved and celebrated
first. AAW will strive to foster an all encompassing approach paying
special attention and respect to indigenous Australia and their
cultures. No economy can grow by excluding any part of its people, and an
economy that is not growing cannot integrate all of its citizens in a
meaningful way'
